To order the products you are interested in you have the following options:

• Online Orders

You can make your purchases through our online store. Select the products you are interested in by placing them in the shopping cart. Once you have completed your purchases, tap the shopping cart and complete your order by following the steps indicated.

• Orders by phone

You can call 2394072030, Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 20: 00 (except holidays). There you can chat with our specialized staff, learn more about the product you are interested in and order it by mentioning the product code listed in the online store.

Phone orders can be paid off by:

1. cash on delivery,
2. by deposit in a bank account that will be indicated to you during telephone communication,
3. through your credit card. By registering your order with a credit card, an automated message will be sent to you electronically to the e-mail address (email) you provided for the specific order. The above message will include a special secure payment Link for use of your credit card and payment by direct connection/transfer to the secure payment system of ePOS Paycenter. The Payment Link will be available for the next hour after placing the order, within which you must make the payment in order to successfully complete the order and bind the corresponding product. It is noted that in case the payment is not successfully completed as above, your order will be canceled and you will have to contact the customer service center again.

• Orders in store

You can visit our physical store located at the 14th km of Thessaloniki-Serres, Liti. The specialized staff of the store will help you choose the right product for you and will solve any questions you have.
